 Title: Justice Graham Ellis Leads Law and Order Restoration in Enga Province

Law and order in Enga Province have improved under the strong leadership of Resident Judge, Justice Graham Ellis, working closely with the Enga Provincial Government and the Provincial Administration. His firm guidance and collaboration with the courts, police, and community leaders have restored public confidence in the province’s justice system.


Justice Ellis has cleared long-pending cases, strengthened court operations, and supported community awareness programs promoting peace, discipline, and respect for the law. His leadership, backed by the Provincial Government and Administrator’s Office, has also improved coordination among law enforcement agencies and local authorities.



These united efforts have resulted in fewer tribal conflicts, domestic disputes, and lawlessness across many districts. Provincial leaders have described Justice Ellis as a “pillar of justice” whose cooperation with the provincial administration has brought stability and order to Enga.


With continued partnership between the judiciary, government, and people, Enga Province is moving toward lasting peace, strong governance, and equal justice for all.
